How to play
Note: The rules are flexible — this is a suggested default flow.
You need a second player who opens this page on their own device. Both players turn on Host view and pick a character for themselves. The other player will try to guess it.
Once the character is chosen, the first asker switches back to Normal view, selects a Property / Value pair, and asks the other player.
Filters are optional. You can ask any other yes/no questions too (for example, hair color) and then darken cards individually based on the answer.
The answering player replies Yes/No based on the character profile shown in their Host view. The asker updates their own board accordingly (darken/lighten).
Then you swap roles: the asker goes to Host view, the other player to Normal view, and you repeat the steps in reverse.
The winner is the player who guesses the other player’s character in fewer steps.
To start a new game at any time, use Reset all + Reset selected.
Goal: figure out the secret character by asking property/value questions, then make a final guess.
Pick a Property and Value, then press Ask. The game answers Yes/No.
Use the action button in the dialog to darken non‑matching cards (or the matching ones), or use the controls to lighten back.
Repeat Ask to narrow down. When you’re confident, press the check icon on a card to make your final guess.
If you guess right, you win. If not, the correct character is revealed and a new round can start.
Your solo stats track wins, losses, and how many Ask steps it took when you won.
